Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more within the continental USA.
  • Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays or extreme weather) may occasionally impact delivery times.
  • Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for issues or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, customers must email our support team at support@jrrejuvenation.com within 30 days of purchase. Customers must provide proof of purchase, and the product must be in its original, unopened condition. Exceptions may apply in cases of defective or unsafe products, including documented allergic reactions; please reach out if you have concerns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Gift Card Policy

  • $40 Gift Card Offer: For any order totaling $150 or more, a $40 gift card will be emailed to you for use on your next purchase. This offer is intended as a one-time reward per eligible order, and we reserve the right to limit usage per customer to prevent abuse.
  • $10 Gift Card for Reviews: Write us a 5-star review on Google after your purchase, and we will send you a $10 gift card as a thank-you. This offer is limited to one gift card per customer.

Gift Card Terms
All JR Rejuvenation gift cards are subject to the following terms:

  • Expiry: Gift cards expire within 1 month of issuance.
  • One-Time Use Only: Each gift card is valid for one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
  • Non-Stackable: Only one gift card can be applied per order, and gift cards may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.

    • Shelf Life: Each product has a recommended shelf life indicated on the packaging. For best results, we advise using our products within this timeframe. This recommendation applies to unopened products; opened products may deteriorate more quickly. Expired products may lose potency and may no longer be safe for use. JR Rejuvenation is not liable for adverse effects caused by improper storage or use of products beyond their shelf life.
