We offer free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more within the continental USA (excludes HI and AK). 

2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. While many orders arrive sooner, unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or extreme weather, may impact delivery times.

3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We only offer free standard shipping. You may choose express delivery.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If an error was made, contact us immediately at jr.skincare@yahoo.com. We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund, email our support team within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Can I return an opened product?

For any order totaling $150 or more, you’ll receive a $50 gift card for use on your next purchase. The gift card will be emailed to you and is valid for one-time use within 1 month.

12. Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
No, only one gift card can be applied per order. Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

13. Do gift cards expire?
Yes, gift cards expire within 1 month of issuance. Be sure to use them promptly!

14. How can I get a $10 gift card?
Leave us a 5-star review on Google after your purchase, and we will send you a $10 gift card as a thank-you. This offer is limited to one gift card per customer.
